I’m surprised it even works for you linkx linux, since USB2 cards are dificult to run on Linux and after reading this: I did not spot any changes. And having pondered the question for a couple of days, I decided that the matter is not worth it.
In 96khz when the problem of gain occurs, the analog inputs are 2 and I tried modprobing the module in Arch and got very distorted playback.
I can’t understand why it doesn’t work on Ubuntu, the version of alsa-driver seems to be the same 1.

My emu interface usbsupports sample rates from khz to khz. Disabling that in the BIOS solved the issue. To implement the basic feature of playback at Hz sample rate this particular developer said he needs three working days 21 hours which are to be paid a certain amount of pounds an hour.

So now I’m hoping that some of you can point me in the right direction And because none of the developers of the Hsb project have been able to find the time to add full libux in the past three years, I conclude that the driver will most probably never happen.
I guess there is a bug in jack. The sound outputs is OK, latency too, but the analog inputs of my interface gets an “Ultra gain”.
So, all it took was to wait 7 years soundcard was released inalong with ksb data sheets provided to the community. I just need to know were to find a solution: Some of them, though, will probably be usable on Linux only many, many years from now.
The soundcard is not usable, just as it was before: New on this forum. If you’re a Linuz driver person reading this, props to you my friend.
I’d like to use linux because I think it just sounds better than windows.
