The hyperref package is notoriously known to cause problem with RTL text, which unfortunately include Hebrew. I had no xleatex, yet, to port the workaround to pdfTeX, which is more popular. Thus, in RTL text the commands get reversed and actually end up in the correct order. The node links work when built with lualatex, but don’t seem to work when built with with xelatex hyperrsf all — though they do render to the huperref as expected the green overlay on the node is to demonstrate that hyperlink node is being invoked, it’ll go away when I’m not debugging.
