I can’t say if the problem started then. The desk top doesn’t see the laptop at all. Sorry this didn’t help. Nothing seems to work for a solution. Replied on November 10, Internet works fine on both machines. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.

I did remove firewall on both machines, as well as virus protection bitdefender – no result. If possible configure the Firewall correctly, or totally uninstall it to allow clean flow of local network traffic.
